Shipping policy

All orders before 4:00 PM will be shipped within 24 hours. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Within the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, the shipping cost of our products depends on the weight of the order. The shipping costs can be found during the checkout process.

Outside the Netherlands

For shipping to international destinations, we charge a fee. Below are the shipping costs per country:

Belgium: depending on the weight. See the shipping costs during checkout. Orders to international destinations are shipped via registered parcel post.

Delivery Restrictions

For some products, there are restrictions on the quantity due to weight. The following products have such restrictions:

KN Torch: maximum 5 pieces per order. Pellets: maximum 60 kg per order.

Our package does not fit through a standard mailbox.

Currently, we offer delivery to home addresses with the option for tracking. This allows you to track the progress of your order.

In the case of a 'no show', where no one is present to receive the order, the courier will attempt to deliver the package to a nearby post office. You will be notified of this, including information about the location of the post office. You then have a limited period to pick up the package.

If the package is not collected within the specified period, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you to discuss the further steps, including any redelivery.
