Refund policy
RETURNS
The option of returning items is available for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Only unused items in the same condition as you received them qualify for a return. The item must also be returned in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return. This includes, for example, gift cards. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To process your return, we require a purchase receipt or proof of your purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
No refunds are offered for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@kndesign.nl and send the item to Waldorpstraat 371, The Hague, South Holland, 2521CJ, Netherlands.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to Waldorpstraat 371, The Hague, South Holland, 2521CJ, Netherlands.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
